Dressta’s Precision Machines
Dressta’s success is largely due to creating dependable equipment that meet extensive standards while offering world-class technical support and competitive pricing. Dressta specializes in crawl dozers, pipelayers, belt shifters and crawler loaders. The Dressta dozers meet EU emission standards by relying on efficient Cummins engines. Work within humid locations can cause engines to overheat, therefore, a Direct Drive powertrain option is available.
The cabins provide efficient air conditioning and heating systems and panoramic vision to ensure complete operator comfort during dusty and hot applications. Cabs offer further safety by being sealed to allow operators to work in a quieter environment which increases safety and productivity. The hydraulics have been implemented to allow the operator to maintain control with precise joystick engineering to facilitate precise and predictable clamp positioning during radial and parallel operations.
Equipment Customization
Dressta equipment is completely customizable with a specific team of engineers to modify standard equipment, create new designs and improve attachment performance for certain applications. A variety of special feature packages are available.
Arctic Package
One of the popular Special Feature Requests for Dressta machines is the Arctic Package that allows the machine to work at maximum capacity during colder climate applications. Some of the popular Arctic Package items include reinforced blades, push arms for dozers, ripper shanks, extra lighting for blizzard visibility, steering levers that can handle thicker gloves, fuel heating, arctic cabs, oil heaters, a pre-heating system for the engine and cab heating.
Application Customization
Stockpile
The stockpile compaction feature package has been created for Dressta’s crawler dozer series to manage job situations that include sloped locations that are often unstable. This SFR equipment has a heavy-duty Dressta steel drum along with a winch line attachment with brackets attached to the drum. There is a tensioning apparatus that prevents the line from coming into contact with the slope face. A precision line guide and cleaning system are in place.
Fire Tractor Dozers
This range of tractor dozers are ideal machines for preventing, cleaning up and containing forest fires. These units are perfect for working around heavy ash, fallen trees, burning sap, dirt and airborne sand. Fire crews utilize this equipment for clearing paths, establishing fire lines and removing combustible items. There is fire suppression available made with an onboard control unit, nozzles and external sensors.
The machine and operator are protected by a complete forestry cab kit complete with steel mesh screens, guards, metallic fire curtains and sweeps to prevent damage from falling trees. Special fire-resistant sheeting keeps the electrical components safe within the tractors and reinforced guards protect the hydraulic cylinders and the hoses. Winches, fire plows and bush blades comprise some of the additional attachments to tackle fires. Overheating is prevented by the direct-drive powertrain and cooling modules charge the radiator, powertrain and air.
Belt Shifting
Conveyor belts are used by mining applications to transport debris and minerals from the seam where they are found to different locations for reprocessing. The SB-85 Dressta model is commonly used for rapidly repositioning and realigning conveyor belts on the job site. This model can be used to shift railway tracks with a belt width up to 2500mm or is equally useful in confined spaces. Its high ground clearance keeps it mobile along difficult terrain.
Dozer Line
Tough environments are no match for Dressta’s efficient and reliable dozer lineup. From generating power to steel production, 24/7 operations and coal handling jobs, these units offer supreme efficiency with their coal blades, excellent stability and shock-absorbing undercarriages. Special features such as customizable track shoes, ripper and blade configurations, excellent steering and precise traction greatly enhance productivity while minimizing downtime.
A component called the Turbine Type Precleaner is efficient in removing the coal dust from the air, providing greater engine economy, filter ability and lifespan. Testing confirms that Dressta equipment can operate for over 4000 coal hour applications in a year, making them an industry leader across the globe.
Construction & Material Handling
Construction sites require quality equipment for safety, productivity and meeting timelines. Dressta offers the perfect machine to complete your dozing, lifting, ripping and loading construction applications.
Forestry
1. There are forestry jobs that use SFRs to complete particular modifications to finish the demands of this challenging application including a reversible cooling fan, high-capacity fuel tanks, auxiliary hydraulics, a fire suppression system, protective guarding, cyclonic air filtration and winches.
There are numerous forestry attachments to make working in this environment safer, easier and more productive. From cutting, towing and pushing logs to transport and loading, there is a perfect Dressta machine for your application.
Foundry
Operator safety needs to be maintained during hot conditions to maintain superior safety. There are SFRs to facilitate safe working conditions including the double-glazing hinge windshield for keeping safety the utmost priority when working with hot slag and other dangerous materials. There is also a special air-cleaning system to filter dust and debris prior to the air reaching the operator cab.
Dressta Wheel Loader Feature Benefits

Landscaping
Compact crawler dozers and wheel loaders can lift, push, dig and transport dirt, plants and sod with ease. There is two-speed steering available to monitor the front and rear track power. This design enhances maneuverability with attachments including reinforced blades, backhoes attachments, multipurpose buckets available with or without teeth, hammers and drills.
Mining & Quarry
If you are working in sub-zero applications or the harshest tropical heat, Dressta equipment will be reliable and efficient regardless. There are open-pit mining jobs that rely on this equipment for managing stockpiles, building roads for hauling, removing ripping materials and overburden with the right machines. Quarry resource management is obtained with the help of wheel loaders and dozers. Some of the best-known machine features to feed rock crushers, facilitate loading and material movement include automatic greasing, slab or blog forks, reinforced buckets, lubrication systems, telematics systems, pay-scale systems and high tip buckets.
Pipe Laying
Pipe laying jobs can be conducted with Dressta machines thanks to their combined stability and low ground pressure. There are extended counterweights that are retracted with hydraulics to keep the machine running smoothly and securely on difficult terrain. This difficult job is completed with the strength of steel booms, steel hooks and strong box sections forged from the best materials to maintain operator safety.
Ship Trimming
Dressta dozers simplify ship trimming operations as they are lowered into the ship to square the hatch off and trim the bulk in order for wharf grabs to enjoy maximum productivity. A special, two-way blade can facilitate pulling and pushing items at the same time to simplify grain, fertilizer and agricultural job requirements. Ship trimming Special Feature Request (SFR) items include a reversible fan, fire suppression, a spark arrest muffler, special craning and lifting points, self-cleaning track shoes and a cyclonic air cleaner.
There are ring sprockets that have been designed to allow even wear and tear over track bushings. This design allows for simple replacement without having to take the track frames apart in order to access. The bushing and pin wear is stopped thanks to a patented seal assembly within the Lubricated Track System. The split master link within the dozer greatly minimizes chain removal and installation time.
Tire Manipulator
Tire handling is simplified with Dressta’s wheel loader range. Changing, installing and manipulating tires on heavy equipment is much safer with the tire manipulator. Precision control harmonizes with spectacular design to maintain superior operations. Potential frame stress is dissipated with the widely spaced lower and upper hinge pins that greatly increase the equipment’s safety and value.
